Learn how to make the most authentic Italian dishes in the heart of Positano.
Our interactive cooking classes at Latteria involve participants learning step-by-step with the guidance of our experienced local chef Francesco and his sister Maria, having fun creating and enjoying their delicious Italian dishes.
When: Our cooking class takes place from Monday to Saturday
How long: The session starts at 4:30 pm and ends at 7:30 pm.
Number of participants: Maximum 12 people.
We do not accept children under the age of 6 years.
Description
Spend an afternoon with us and discover all the secrets of Italian cuisine. Our local chef Francesco and his sister Maria will guide you on a fascinating and fun culinary adventure.
All experience levels are welcome.
The duration of class is approximately 3 hours.
Please notify us in advance if you have any food allergy.
An optional vegan/vegetarian menu is available for private lessons with a minimum of 2 people.
The menu is enriched with products from the dairy and may vary depending on the season and availability of products.
It includes:
- Welcome drink
- Starter
- First course with handmade pasta
- Second course
- Dessert.
- Water
