Enjoy cooking Italian dishes in the heart of Positano in your own kitchen. Chef Serafina will teach you how to prepare the perfect Italian dinner, including homemade pasta, local dairy products, and many delicacies on the menu.
Our interactive cooking classes at the Latteria involve participants learning step by step with the guidance
Thanks to our expert local chef Serafina and her mother, you will spend a unique evening cooking like real Italians and tasting typical Campanian dishes.
When: Our private cooking class takes place in the mornings from Monday to Saturday on request
How long: The morning session starts at 10.00 am and ends at 1.00 pm.
Number of participants: Minimum 2, Maximum 12.
Please note that we do not accept children under the age of 6 years.
Our aim is to teach those that have an interest in the Italian cuisine to recreate these dishes with your loved ones in the comfort of your home. Chef Serafina and her mum will teach participants how to cook famous traditional courses such as; fresh homemade pasta, gnocchi, parmigiana, lasagna, delightful desserts and much more.
All experience levels are welcome.
The duration of class is approximately 3 hours.

An optional vegan/vegetarian menu is available for private lessons with a minimum of 2 people.
The menu is enriched with products from the dairy and may vary depending on the season and availability of products.
