Learn how to make handmade pasta in the heart of Positano.
Our interactive cooking classes at Latteria involve participants learning step-by-step with the guidance of our experienced local chef Serafina and her mother, having fun creating and enjoying their delicious Italian dishes.

How long: The afternoon session starts at 12:30 pm and ends at 3:30 pm.
Number of participants: Maximum 12-15 people.

Are you ready to discover all the secrets of homemade pasta? We are waiting for you in Positano to enjoy our Monday Pasta Cooking Class.
Thanks to our cooking class you will learn how to make handmade pasta dough and three different types of pasta: tagliolini, ravioli and orecchiette.
We will prepare three traditional recipes together: tagliolini with lemon sauce, ravioli with ricotta with tomato sauce, and orecchiette with pesto sauce. While you are cooking you can enjoy a welcome drink.
At the end of the cooking class in addition to the prepared dishes, you will enjoy a tasty tiramisu for dessert.
The duration of the class is 2 to 3 hours.

An optional vegan/vegetarian menu is available for private lessons with a minimum of 2 people.
